Social phobia (also sometimes called social anxiety) is a type of anxiety problem. Extreme feelings of shyness and self-consciousness slowly build into a powerful fear and as a result, a person feels uncomfortable participating in everyday social situations. The person feels physical sensations of fear, like a faster heartbeat and breathing. These are part of the body's fight–flight response. They're caused by a rush of adrenaline and other chemicals that prepare the body to either fight or make a quick getaway.

FEW THOUGHTS I BELIEVE IN
"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication"
"Many of the great achievements of the world were accomplished by tired and discouraged men who kept on working- LIKE ME"
"Live with no excuse, love with no regret"
"Anyone can hate, it costs to love!"
"A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the oportunity in every difficulty"
"I think dat the only reason people hold onto memories so tight is bcoz memories r the only things that dont change; when everybody else does"
"Try and fail, but don't fail to try"
"When GOD solves your problems, u have faith in his abilities but when he doesn’t solve your problems, He has faith in your abilities"
"The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others"
"The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing you will make one"
"To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment."
"One of the greatest victories you can gain over someone is to beat them at politeness."
"Well-timed silence has more eloquence than speech"
"Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend"

ALL YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT SOCIAL PHOBIA
It's natural to feel self-conscious, nervous, or shy in front of others at times. Anyone can have a racing heart, sweaty palms, or fluttering stomach when trying out for stage performance, giving interviews, asking someone on a first date, or giving a class presentation. Most people manage to get through these moments but for some, it seem so unbearable that they might feel too nervous to give answers in class, be unable to make eye contact with classmates in the hallway, or avoid chatting with others at the lunch table.

50TH BIRTHDAY OF TELEVISION IN INDIA
It was 15th September, 1959, when India’s first television channel, “Doordarshan” was born. Let us go back in history and remember those days of “Hum Log”, “Buniyad”, “Chitrahaar”and everyone’s favourate, “Ramayan”.
In 1959, using some equipment donated to All India Radio (AIR) by Philips after an exhibition, a television channel was started in Delhi. It broadcast programmes for an hour twice a week. It was an experimental telecast, with a small transmitter and a makeshift studio. Its programmes could be seen mostly by the great and the powerful, the people who were provided the only television sets, bulky black-and-white, then available in India.

SRK on moon!
Well many of us claim to be great fans of Shah Rukh, and yes I am surely 1 of them honestly. (The first film I saw was baazigar and the first thing I did after watching it - I went to my father and told him that I am gonna marry SRK and he replied that he is already married. And my reaction was - "so what! i ll marry him again." I might have been just 6-7 yrs old so I cud say so... bt seriously I have alwaz admired and loved him.")
But here I am not writing this to express my feeling for SRK. I am writing this to tell you guys that no matter how crazy we might be for any actor/actress, we would not even think of doing what an Australian fan of SRK is doing from years now.
